Maurice J. Gallagher, Jr. has been actively involved in the management of our company since he became our majority owner and joined our board of directors in 2001. He has served as our chief executive officer since 2003 and was designated Chairman of the Board in 2006. Prior to his involvement with Allegiant, Mr. Gallagher devoted his time to his investment activities, including companies which he founded. One of these companies was Mpower Communications Corp., a telecommunications company, for which he served as acting chief executive officer from 1997 to 1999 and as chairman of the board from its inception in 1996 until 2002. Mr. Gallagher was one of the founders of ValuJet Airlines, Inc. (the predecessor of AirTran Holdings, Inc.) and served as an officer and director of ValuJet from its inception in 1993 until 1997. From 1983 until 1992, Mr. Gallagher was a principal owner and executive of WestAir, a commuter airline.

Gregory C. Anderson was promoted to executive vice president, chief financial officer in April 2019 and has served as our principal accounting officer since January 2015. He served as senior vice president, treasury from January 2017 to April 2019. He has worked in our accounting department since January 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Anderson worked in corporate accounting for U.S. Airways from May 2009 until January 2010 and worked in public accounting for Ernst & Young prior to joining U.S. Airways. Mr. Anderson is a certified public accountant.

Scott DeAngelo joined Allegiant as chief marketing officer in March, 2018, bringing more than 20 years of data-driven strategic marketing, finance and product leadership experience in both consumer-focused and business-to-business environments. Prior to joining the company, he spent seven years in progressive roles leading product, pricing and data at Vantiv (now Worldplay) - the world’s leading provider of payments technology and services. Before joining Vantiv in 2011, Mr. DeAngelo was global consulting group leader for Acxiom Corporation, serving a broad slate of clients in internet retail, digital commerce, travel and hospitality. He previously honed his expertise in combining data and technology to drive commercial solutions as engagement manager at McKinsey and Company in Chicago.

Robert Wilson was appointed to serve as our executive vice president and chief information officer in June 2018. He previously served as senior vice president, information systems. Before joining Allegiant in 2009, Mr. Wilson spent 14 years working in software development and design, specializing in airline operations, maintenance, accounting and materials system. His career includes domestic and international experience across the gamut of airline operations.

Rebecca Henry was named the company’s first senior vice president, chief human resources officer in February 2021. In this role, she puts Team Member culture and critical issues such as diversity, pay equity, prevention of discrimination and harassment front and center, at the c-suite level. Ms. Henry is also responsible for planning future leadership and executive-level development, while proactively addressing emerging and complex workforce challenges as the company grows. Prior to Allegiant, Ms. Henry led Human Resource functions for Zappos.com, an online retailer, and Wynn Las Vegas, a mega-resort and casino. Additionally, Ms. Henry sits on the Board of Directors for Nevada Workforce Connections, an organization tasked with determining annual disbursement of over $25 million in federal funding to organizations connecting job seekers to education, job training and employment opportunities across Southern Nevada and serves on the US Chamber of Commerce Labor Relations Committee and EEOC and Immigration subcommittees, based in Washington, DC.

Robert Neal was promoted to senior vice president, corporate finance and treasurer in February 2021. In this role, Mr. Neal manages all fleet transactions, in addition to overseeing corporate finance, global banking and cash management, asset management, credit card processing, procurement, and insurance. He played an instrumental role in developing and executing the transition to an all-Airbus fleet, and, most recently, in 2020 played a critical role in stabilizing the company’s financial situation during COVID-19. Mr. Neal is an Allegiant veteran with more than 14 years at the company.

Drew Wells was promoted to senior vice president, revenue in February 2021. Mr. Wells is responsible for leading efforts to grow the network while ensuring long-term network success. Mr. Wells has been with company for over ten years working on both the finance and fleet teams before joining the revenue team eight years ago. Over the past three years he has been a key architect in network planning, leading our revenue and network teams to support profitable growth.

Rebecca Aretos was promoted to vice president, chief accounting officer in February 2021. Ms. Aretos previously served as managing director and corporate controller since June 2018. Throughout her more than 14-year tenure with Allegiant, Ms. Aretos spent nearly ten years working within the internal audit team before working on the accounting team. In her current role, Ms. Aretos oversees all accounting functions, including accounting operations and financial reporting. She is also a certified public accountant.
