Allegiant Releases Results of FAA Evaluation

LAS VEGAS. July 21, 2016 — Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) this week received a summary letter documenting results of the Federal Aviation Administration's CHEP (Certificate Holder Evaluation Process) conducted between April 5 and June 30, 2016.
All findings identified during the process were determined by the FAA "to be minor with non-regulatory issues observed, or with non-systemic regulatory issues observed." Allegiant staff members have already taken steps to address each issue identified as soon as possible.

"Our aim is to ensure the highest operational standards across every area of our system," said Jude Bricker, Allegiant chief operating officer. "Maintaining those high standards involves continuous evaluation of the programs and processes we have in place, as well as ensuring consistency in our procedures to make operations ever stronger. We welcome the FAA's review and view the CHEP process as an opportunity to further enhance our safety and operational reliability for the future."
