Jude Bricker was elected to our board in 2026 and is an independent Director. Mr. Bricker has served as president and chief executive officer of Sun Country Airlines since 2017 and has served on Sun Country’s board of directors since 2018. A seasoned aviation executive with two decades of industry experience, Mr. Bricker previously served as chief operating officer of Allegiant and held multiple leadership roles with the Company from 2006 until 2017, overseeing key commercial, operational and financial functions. Prior to Allegiant, Mr. Bricker served as a finance manager at American Airlines. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bricker served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1996 until 2002. Mr. Bricker holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas. He is also an independent director of SAS Airlines.
