Thomas Kennedy was elected to our board in 2026 and is an independent Director. Mr. Kennedy has served on the board of directors of Sun Country Airlines since 2021. He is president and chief executive officer, North America, of SIXT Rental Car and previously served as its president and chief financial officer. Mr. Kennedy is a former public-company chief financial officer, including as chief financial officer of Hertz Global Holdings, and previously held senior finance leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide and Northwest Airlines. Mr. Kennedy holds a BA in Economics from Tulane University and an MBA from Harvard University.
