Thomas Kennedy was elected to our board in May 2026 upon our acquisition of Sun Country Airlines and is an independent director. Mr. Kennedy served on the board of directors of Sun Country Airlines from 2021 until May 2026. He has served as president and chief executive officer, North America, of SIXT Rental Car since January 2025 and previously served as its president and chief financial officer from November 2020 until January 2025. Mr. Kennedy has served as chief financial officer of public companies, including Hertz Global Holdings, and previously held senior finance leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide, Vanguard Car Rental, and Northwest Airlines. Mr. Kennedy holds a B.A. in economics from Tulane University and an MBA from Harvard University.
