Jennifer Vogel was elected to our board in May 2026 upon our acquisition of Sun Country Airlines and is an independent director. Ms. Vogel served as chair of the board of directors of Sun Country from March 2023 until May 2026 and as a Sun Country director from October 2022 until May 2026. She is a former senior airline legal and compliance executive, having served as senior vice president, general counsel, secretary, and chief compliance officer of Continental Airlines until her retirement in 2010. Ms. Vogel currently serves on the boards of AAR Corp. and the Telluride Regional Airport Authority and previously served on the board of Virgin America. Ms. Vogel holds a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa and a J.D. from the University of Texas.
