JACKSONVILLE, Fla. Feb. 12, 2015 —
Allegiant (
NASDAQ: ALGT) today celebrates its first flight from Jacksonville, Fla., kicking off new low-cost, nonstop service to Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. The first flight to Cincinnati takes off today and flights to Pittsburgh begin tomorrow. Jacksonville becomes the company’s sixth destination city in Florida.
In celebration of its new service in Jacksonville, the company, known for its affordable and convenient travel deals, will offer promotional one-way fares as low as $68*.

Nonstop service to Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) from:
- Cincinnati, Ohio – Feb. 12, 2015 with fares as low as $66* one way.
- Pittsburgh, Pa. – Feb. 13, 2015 with fares as low as $77* one way.
The new flights from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) to the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) will operate twice weekly. Allegiant’s service will be the only nonstop option connecting these two major metropolitan areas to Florida’s first coast. Focusing on leisure travelers, the new flights will bring nearly 8,000 visitors each year to Northeastern Florida, generating an estimated additional $1.5 million yearly for the region.
