SAN ANTONIO. Nov. 5, 2015 — Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) today celebrates its arrival in San Antonio with the start of flights to three of the top leisure destinations in the country: Fort Lauderdale, Orlando / Sanford and Las Vegas. To kick off the start of San Antonio’s first ultra-low-cost flights, Allegiant is offering fares as low as $55*.
“We’re pleased to offer San Antonio travelers a new way to travel nonstop and at ultra-low fares to three of our top vacation destinations,” said Jude Bricker, Allegiant Travel Company senior vice president of planning. “With the arrival of our service, we hope to make affordable travel possible for more people, and we are certain that the community will take advantage of our brand of low-cost travel.”
The new flights include nonstop service from San Antonio International Airport (SAT) to:
- Orlando / Sanford, Fla. via Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) – beginning Nov. 5, 2015 for as low as $58*
- Fort Lauderdale, Fla. via Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) – beginning Nov. 5, 2015 for as low as $55*
- Las Vegas via McCarran International Airport (LAS) – beginning Nov. 6, 2015 for as low as $74*
All flights will operate twice weekly. Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiant.com.
