NEW ORLEANS. April 14, 2016 — Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) today begins new, nonstop service between Jacksonville, Florida and New Orleans. To celebrate Allegiant’s new service, the company, known for its exceptional travel deals, is offering one-way fares on the new route for as low as $39.*

The new service will operate twice weekly and expand on the routes Allegiant currently operates to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). With this new route, Allegiant service will total eight routes to New Orleans including service from Cincinnati; Columbus, Ohio; Indianapolis, and Orlando / Sanford, Florida to. The company began service to New Orleans in February 2015. The route will bring more nearly 33,000 additional visitors each year to the New Orleans area. Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiant.com.
